Guys I saw today that I failed in my last module for the whole (BSc) but I see no grades in the final TMA 30 (EMA) and there are no attached docs on the module page with a single comment about the final project that I delivered.
Any ideas why am I kept in the dark?

In short, other than an obvious error such as your TMA being lost or you missing a deadline, I cannot think why there would be no feedback. As a fellow student, I really feel for you, we generally come to expect a decent level of feedback on all our work.
Did you get a proof of submission for the EMA? Just so you can prove it was sent.

I'd suggest getting in touch with your tutor to find out why you've not received any feedback.If it's any consolation, student blogger Carrie failed her final module for her degree too but she resubmitted it and now has her happy ending. Of course I have the email that proves that I have sent the EMA before the deadline.
I have already contacted my tutor but he said that the EMA is assessed only by the assessment board and he has no clue about it.
I asked him to give me the email of the assessment board.
If anybody can help me on this with any way please respond here.
I am so upset for not being able to be informed about a score, since I have putted so much effort in this project!

Just a thought, are there any more details in student home under modules? I don't know when the student home is updated relative to module results, I have a good level of detail in mine (TMA marks etc), even on a course where I have had to pull out.

How can I contact the assessment board?
Is it normal not to getting any feedback at all?
Should I wait for the paper results by email?
EMAs are often considered to be equivalent to exams and are marked by a different assessor. Whenever I've completed one for science courses, I've never received individual feedback and sometimes not even a grade (just pass/fail), but they do usually send out some info on how students overall did in each question. However, considering your circumstances, I would contact learner support and see if they can give you any advice. I hope it works out!
