The OU Sailing Club (OUSC) owns three dinghies for the use of members, a Laser Pico, a Topper Magno and a Laser Classic.
The OUSC dinghies are berthed at Haversham Sailing Club (HSC) in the northern fringes of Milton Keynes. A Map and directions to the lake are on the 'Location' page.
OUSC members are affiliated to HSC and have full use of club facilities including clubhouse, galley, bar, shower, changing facilities and security lockers.
Members can also take advantage of the HSC organised training and social events (with a fully packed calendar throughout the year).
At the lake all sailing skills are catered for from RYA instruction for beginners, to serious sailing in the Sunday fleet racing, and a Buccaneers club for children.
Members can sail all year round, at orgainised events or whenever other boats are on the water. And camping beside the lake is free and popular in the summer.
When there is no wind you can also enjoy the walks around the beautiful Haversham Lake.
