Centre for Citizenship, Identities and Governance
The Centre for Citizenship, Identities and Governance (CCIG) is a University designated Centre of Research Excellence
Applications are invited for a Chartered PhD Research Studentship. It is based in the Department of Politics and International of Studies in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Open University, and hosted by the Centre for Citizenship, Identities and Governance (CCIG). The studentship is associated with the Enacting European Citizenship (FP7) project led by Prof Engin Isin and will involve research on an aspect of the ways in which European citizenship is enacted. The studentship is tenable from 1 October 2009 and will cover all fees for three years plus an annual stipend.
