CCIG Forums are monthly events at which CCIG members and others come together to discuss, articulate, experiment with and develop CCIG-related research and thinking, face-to-face and in a participative environment. Ten Forums are scheduled in advance for each calendar year, and are intended to feature a wide selection of events held throughout the day, including seminars, colloquia, keynotes, workshops, and conversational groups.

11.00-12.00 Development activity on research proposal: 'Building confidence in a contingent world' by James Ash.

12.00-13.00 'Citizenship after Orientalism: Methods, Comparison, Management' discussion by Prof Engin Isin.

13:00-13.45 Lunch

13.45-14.45 Development activity on  'Living together in insecurity' by  Jef Huysmans.

14.45-15.00 Tea Break

15:00-16.30 'Reading Sigmund Freud’s Group psychology today' Keynote: Prof Deborah Britzman York University. Chaired by Gail Lewis.
