Through this section of our website, we would like to explain what being registered on a programme validated by the OU means to you and give you access to some useful resources. For instance, did you know that OU validated awards have parity of esteem with the awards offered throughout UK higher education, a validated award being exactly the same as an OU direct award in terms of employment or application for postgraduate study?
In addition, over 107,000 students have achieved an OU validated award to date and are invited to join the OU alumni community. Here, we tell you how to register for membership of the OU alumni association, which is free and brings with it a wide range of offers, services and development opportunities.
