eBusiness at the OU refers to the strategy defining the Open University’s presence in online spaces. These spaces include our owned domains – open.ac.uk (public and intranet) and open.edu – as well as external spaces such as Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites.
Digital Engagement is the team responsible for the eBusiness strategy and associated activities. Our combined expertise is in information architecture, web analytics, optimisation, web development, social media, the internal working environment and enterprise content management.
Working with our partners across the University, our aim is to successfully administer and deliver a world-class online presence for the Open University.
